The team at Jack's called with their assessment within 1 hour and presented the options for repair. They recommended an option (not the most expensive) as very likely to fix the problem. An hour later the job was done, and so far the vehicle is back to normal.

Went in for a front end alignment. Great customer service from Mike and Keith. The mechanic was honest and said there were a couple parts getting a little worn but they didn't need to be replaced at this time. Drives well now with steering wheel straight and no pull on the steering WHEEL. Thanks guys for THE awesome service.
