We were having some serious brake problems and I'm on oxygen, so being broke down in the middle of nowhere could be really bad. Jack's adjusted their schedule and fixed my vehicle right away. They also kept me informed as they worked on what the problems were. Very happy and would definitely use them again. Nice people!

Fast, friendly, and fair. Seems like they’re taking appropriate precautions during the pandemic. There’s good social distancing at their service desk, hand sanitizer available, and they’re waiving signature requirements on receipts to minimize contact. Very happy I took my truck there, will be back next time I need service!

I got a flat tire on the side of the road , Jacks came and towed my car in less than 15 minutes and replaced the front two tires in a day. Very friendly and quality service.

I have never had a bad experience at Jack's. Although due to age of our vehicles, we usually find more work to do than it was originally brought in for, Jacks' has always worked with us to determine if any of the extra work is critical or if it can wait and what the effects could be either way. I have always found that they back up their work and if for any reason a repair fails (a part is bad etc..) they have always worked to correct in a very timely manner without excessive additional cost to us and have honored warranties. Although I have tried other shops in the area., I keep going back to Jacks due to their willingness to work with me, the timeliness of response in getting the vehicle in, the coupons and discount offers we receive on a regular basis, and the professionalism when noting issues. Jack's is my go to for all my vehicles.
