I appreciated the help with a wheel bearing going bad, as we were traveling. It was replaced speedily and our delay was minimal Highly recommend Jack's Auto.

We were traveling for Labor Day weekend and had a parking brake problem that rendered our vehicle undrivable. They got us in and out and back on the road quickly.

I was on my way home from a family vacation in wi heading to EGf, mn. My car broke down 30 miles outsi of Grand rapids. Keith Went above and beyond to get my vehicle looked at right away. unfortunately my engine needed to be replaced. Keith help us unload luggage for 5 and transported us To the local hotel. In a very stressful situation for me, Keith made me feel comfortable. Fantastic service.

Keith and crew at Jack's Auto Service did a great job at diagnosing our issue, fixing the problem and communicating with us throughout. I should add that Keith took the time to prioritize issues and gave an honest assessment of the must-fix problems vs. those that could wait. They also shuttled us to and from a local campground on two successive days and were nothing short of fantastic. Thanks guys!
