Traveling through town and needed a wheel bearing/hub assembly replaced. I called first thing on a Monday and they had my car (an import) fixed and on the road by lunch; friendly and helpful staff, no extra add ons or pressure to add unwanted services. They even touched base with me to insure I was happy with the repairs and had no further issues with my vehicle the following week. Throughly pleased and impressed with Jack's Auto Service.

I love having my car serviced here—they are always on time with getting you in, they explain the work they are doing, and they provide a shuttle service. They check in with you a few weeks after the service to make sure things are going well with your car which was nice. Drew and his staff are great communicators too!

Our 2014 Equinox needed several major things done to it. Jacks was able to repair everything in a couple of days! I am very happy with the work they did!

Originally gave 1 but updated to 4 stars cause I wanted front brakes done, they worked on rear brakes without informing me, however they did make it right getting in touch with me after.

Brian, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your visit to our shop. Our tech believed the noise your vehicle was making was coming from the rear brakes which were newer. However, at the point you checked back in with us we were still investigating the source of the noise. Overall, we felt you did not need brakes at the time, and we were simply trying to address the noise concern and minor repairs. Our service advisor failed to share the digital inspection report and call you back, which we take ownership of, and we apologize for this mistake. We will be refunding the invoice and will use this feedback to improve in the future.
