I threw a belt on my car and found myself stranded 200 miles from home and my regular auto shop. I got a tow to Jack’s just minutes before they closed for the day and they squeezed me in the very next morning. I was back on the road before noon and the repair was reasonably priced. Jack’s will be the first number I call next time I need automotive repairs in the Grand Rapids area.

While having a routine appointment for my car and mentioning to Keith a winter driving issue I'd had ever since owning the car, he only had to think for half a minute to know exactly what the problem was. An hour in the shop and I was on my way with problem completely solved and enjoying winter driving again. I had an oil change appointment and told them when I put on the brakes it shook a little. They replaced my front brakes and while they did that their courtesy car took me home and when they finished the car picked me up and brought me back to get my car. They call me by my name not just the next customer.
