A little pricy, but good.

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience here I felt obligated to. I travel for work and beat on my vehicles so it's safe to say I have broke down and dealt with mechanics all over the country and it has always been a hassle at best. My current truck was misfiring and running poorly and could barely make it to work which is currently every night from 6:00pm to 7:00am so scheduling is kind of an issue for me. Jack's was able to schedule me first thing in the morning when I got off work. Unfortunately a few days before my appointment I broke down to an unrelated problem. Jack's had me off the side of the road and getting some rest in 30 minutes. When I came back for my original problem they had me fixed up and better then ever in 4 hours. It's also worth noting I had the same problem I had on my truck on a previous truck that for 2 years mechanics charged me to fix random items that ended up not fixing the problem. 4 hours in this shop and my truck is a champion again.

No day is a good day to break down on the side of the road. Although today we had a service that we had to get. Keith came an picked us on the side of the road. He was AWESOME. We had our little dog with us and he was ok with him riding with. Took a look at the car before we got in. While on our way home he said that they had everything right at the shop it fix it. So he save us time from running home to switch cars and money on the towing. Got us back on the road within a half hour.
