My 1st time experience with Jack's rates 5 stars! They were able to come and retrieve my car, while I was working. Received an immediate call on initial diagnosis, with specifics on parts/labor/costs. After parts ordered, work was done. Mike is a terrific communicator, and a text from the owner, Keith Still was received as well. I also received a follow-up text from Mike, checking to see if car was running ok, if I had any questions or concerns. I will continue to use Jack's Auto Service in the future!!!

We stopped in because the passenger door was frozen and wouldn’t shut. It was an easy fix and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very courteous and even though I am sure other places would have charged us it was in the house! Couldn’t believe it. I would highly recommend for fast friendly service!
