I have been going to Jack's since 2003 and have always had outstanding service. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The free ride courtesy service is a big plus.

Great customer service. Keith and his staff very helpful with the repairs that had needed to be done. Upfront and honest with pricing and very reasonable quotes and without a pushy sales pitch. Did exactly what needed to be done at the time and what repairs still needed to be done. Keith had also asked if had needed a ride any where as soon as I checked in. That get's an A+ with me! Keith and the boy's down at Jack's Auto service did a spectacular job on our Lexus. once the problem was identified keith had the part asap and the car in and out of the shop. if you are looking for auto shop with a friendly professional atmosphere, I recommend Jack's auto service!
