We strive to give our customers the best service and value for their dollar possible. Only then can we earn your loyalty and establish a trust that will last a lifetime.

We will always try to explain exactly what repairs are required - and why; before proceeding with the work. When the job is finished, we will explain the charges. On request, we will return your old parts to you.

Most repairs are guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles. Some parts are backed by an additional Manufacturer's Warranty.

Our Technicians' time is billed at a competitive rate. Labor is calculated using either actual hours spent on the repair or by referring to an industry-approved labor time guide. We will be happy to prepare a written estimate before repairing your vehicle.

We keep a complete computerized history of repairs and maintenance on each vehicle that comes into our facility.

We can only solve a problem that we know about, so please tell us if we don't meet your expectations in any way.
